We’ve got some exciting news for everyone working with the Reinos Store module! In this blog, we’ll walk you through everything that’s new in the Store 3.7 release and introduce two powerful new add-ons: Store Pickup and Store Price Rule. And that’s not all— we’ll also give you a first look behind the scenes at a brand-new MyParcel module that’s currently in development.
What’s New in Store 3.7
- New Store Dashboard – Version 3.7 introduces a clean and informative dashboard inside the control panel, similar to CP widgets, giving you a quick overview of your store activity.
- Free Shipping Variables – You can now use {cart:has_free_shipping} and {order:has_free_shipping}whenever a free-shipping rule is applied (works with Price Rules, the Shipping module, or native discounts).
- Addon Detection Variables – Two new global variables were added: {reinos_store_pickup_module_installed}and {reinos_store_price_rule_module_installed}, making it easy to conditionally adjust templates.
- Improved Shipping Method Control – Set custom names for shipping methods during checkout and use the new {shipped_status} variable to manage order shipping status more effectively.
- Channel-Level Product Settings – Product fields such as name, SKU, price, and weight can now be configured per channel—especially useful when other modules (like Price Rule) add products dynamically to the cart.
- And as always, we fixed some bugs in this release as well.
Store Price Rule – Advanced Discounts & Pricing Logic
Store Price Rule is a major upgrade over the native discount system included with the Store module. It gives you complete control over powerful new pricing rules:
- Cart-level discounts – Fixed or percentage discounts applied to the entire cart, including conditions for free shipping.
- Product-level discounts – Apply percentage or fixed discounts per product, including support for “before/after” sale prices.
- Buy X Get Y Free – Create promotions that automatically add free items to the cart and mark them for easy handling.
- Flexible rule management – Enable/disable rules, set start/end dates, add coupon requirements, and limit usage per user or globally.
This addon gives you significantly more promotional flexibility compared to the built-in discount options.
Store Pickup – Now a Standalone Module
Store Pickup has been split off from the Shipping module and is now available as its own dedicated addon.
This makes it much easier to configure and manage pickup locations. Perfect for stores offering local pickup, click-and-collect, or in-store pickup options.

What is coming next
We are currently working on a brand-new MyParcel integration module.
This will streamline shipping and logistics inside your Store setup—ideal for shops that regularly send parcels and want tighter workflow automation.
In addition, we’re also preparing a major release for the Webservice module.
